1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing offers, or otherwise using OfferMine, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using OfferMine on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OfferMine is an affiliate offer directory that aggregates and displays CPA, CPS, CPL, and RevShare offers from various affiliate networks. We provide a searchable, filterable directory with offer details including payout information, categories, geographic targeting, and network attribution.

OfferMine is a directory, not an affiliate network. We do not directly provide affiliate offers, process payouts, manage advertiser campaigns, or serve as an intermediary between publishers and advertisers. The offers displayed on OfferMine are sourced from third-party affiliate networks, and all transactions, payouts, and business relationships occur directly between you and the respective network or advertiser.

3. User Accounts

Browsing the OfferMine directory does not require an account. However, certain features — including saving favorites, setting up alerts, and submitting offers — require you to create an account.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from OfferMine without prior written permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute OfferMine content (including offer data) for commercial purposes without authorization
• Use OfferMine to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the security or proper functioning of OfferMine
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse features
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through offer submission forms or other input mechanisms
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Use OfferMine to promote offers or content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

5. Intellectual Property

The OfferMine name, logo, website design, user interface, and original content are the property of OfferMine and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Offer data displayed on OfferMine is sourced from third-party affiliate networks. The trademarks, names, and descriptions of individual offers and networks belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OfferMine provides its directory services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Specifically, we do not warrant or guarantee:

• Offer accuracy: Payout amounts, offer terms, availability, and other details are sourced from affiliate networks and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current through automated scraping and updates, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
• Advertiser claims: OfferMine does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the products, services, or claims made by advertisers or affiliate networks listed in our directory.
• Payouts: Payouts are handled entirely by the affiliate networks. OfferMine has no control over payout processing, timing, disputes, or terms between you and any network.
• Continuous availability: We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to OfferMine.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferMine and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of OfferMine, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or profits resulting from reliance on offer information displayed on OfferMine
• Disputes between you and affiliate networks or advertisers
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in offer data, payouts, or network information
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of OfferMine shall not exceed the amount you paid to OfferMine (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

OfferMine may earn commissions or referral fees when you click on offer links and subsequently sign up with or make purchases through affiliate networks. These affiliate relationships help support the operation and maintenance of OfferMine and do not affect the offer information we display. We present offer data as it is provided by networks, regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists.

9. User Submissions

If you submit an offer for inclusion in the OfferMine directory, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any submission at our sole discretion. Submitted offers may be modified to fit our formatting and categorization standards.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to OfferMine at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to OfferMine or its users. Upon termination, your right to use OfferMine ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion is subject to our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of OfferMine shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email. Continued use of OfferMine after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
